Rich is director of investor relations and impact growth at Wesleyan Impact Partners and Texas Methodist Foundation. With over 20 years of experience in organizational growth, business strategy, operations, and financial management, Rich has held leadership roles at large national corporations and mid-sized companies across various industries, including legal services, real estate, and advertising, working closely with C-suite executives to enhance impact and optimize operations. He also founded Coffey Advisory Group, LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations develop strategic growth initiatives and implement scalable best practices.

Rich holds a finance degree from Trinity University, where he was a two-sport athlete in football and track, and an MBA in operations from St. Edward’s University. He has also completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Yale School of Management.

In his free time, Rich enjoys spending time with his wife, Megan, and their two sons, Will and Colt. He also coaches middle school football and serves on several nonprofit boards in Austin.
