Investments Fund Loans to Churches and Nonprofits
Impact Certificates* offer variable and fixed-rate investment opportunities to individuals, churches, and agencies that provide positive returns and fund loans to churches helping them grow and flourish.
For all Impact Certificates, interest accrues daily and is compounded monthly. For Flexible Demand Certificates and Fixed Term Certificates, investors may elect, at the time of purchase, either (a) to receive semiannual payments within fifteen (15) days after June 30 and December 31 in an amount equal to all interest accrued during the prior six (6) months, or (b) to have interest accrued and compounded until maturity. The minimum investment level is $100.
Flexible Demand Impact Certificate1 - provides investors with a variable rate of interest. Withdrawals may be made without any fees or penalties.
Fixed Term Impact Certificate - offers a fixed rate duration of one, two, three, four, or five years.
Individual Retirement Account Impact Certificate (IRA)1 - allows individuals to use retirement savings to purchase Impact Certificates and enjoy tax advantages.2 These Impact Certificates provide investors with investment flexibility as they determine the best asset allocation of their retirement savings.
