Janet serves as Learning and Innovation’s executive assistant and has leveraged her personal experience to tailor a career assisting church leaders, knowing how challenging ministry can be.

With the Learning and Innovation team, Janet brings church leaders together for meaningful conversations that lead to change. Prior to coming to TMF, she held a variety of positions including as a math teacher and as an assistant operations manager at Teco-Westinghouse in Round Rock, TX.
